Topographic signed an 11,036-square-foot office lease at 1400 Everman Parkway. Ryan Wood represented the landlord, Conti Warehouses, in house.

Importer/Exporter Signs Sweet Deal

CSC Sugar LLC, an importer and exporter of refined sugars throughout the U.S. and Mexico, signed a lease for 78,074 square feet of space at 1901 Windsor Place in Fort Worth. The location will serve as a rail-served distribution center for North Texas, and CSC plans to use the rail spur and staging yard operated by Fort Worth and Western Railroad, according to a release. Robert Sawyer and Steve Schmitz of Tierra Real Estate represented CSC Sugar in its site selection. Ryan Wood represented the landlord, Conti Warehouses, in house.

Former furniture store sold to Fort Worth investor

The former Levitz Furniture store at 6913 Camp Bowie Blvd. is in the hands of a Fort Worth real estate investor who plans to turn the vacant 157,450-square-foot structure into a multitenant building for industrial, distribution and retail users.

Conti Warehouses, which has a portfolio of 1.7 million square feet in Fort Worth, closed the deal Aug. 13.
